From the Horizon
Power dazzles from afar: titles, applause, attention. But the closer you stand to power, the more you notice its shadow: solitude.

True North
Leaders are never short of company — advisors, allies, critics. Yet every hard decision narrows to one person’s name on the line. The loneliness isn’t a failure of friendship; it’s the burden of responsibility.

This truth doesn’t diminish leadership; it deepens it. The glamour seduces, but the solitude refines. Only those willing to carry both can lead well.

Compass Point
The summit of power is crowded — yet profoundly alone.

Until Next Time
Lead bravely, but don’t forget to tend the friendships that keep you human.
