Not every crossroads is voluntary. Some pivots arrive uninvited, changing everything, whether we agree with them or not.

Life interrupts us: a diagnosis, an accident, an unexpected loss—these unchosen pivots force change when we would have otherwise stayed still.

They feel cruel, but often become catalysts for resilience, compassion, and unexpected growth.
